Trinity Spanish Class Makes Dinner for the Sisters

On Tuesday, May 14, Haymée Giuliani's ninth grade Spanish classes and their families attended evening praise with the sisters and cooked and shared a delicious dinner with them at the retreat center. Everyone enjoyed homemade tortillas, rice, beans, molé (a chicken dish), and flan baked in pastry shells. The sisters appreciate the Trinity students and Mrs. Giuliani, who has helped her students develop real friendships with them. Sisters have visited her classes to lead the rosary and make presentations; students have visited sisters in the infirmary and entertained everyone with a Christmas pastorella and pinata event. The sisters have really been partners in these young students' education--they are proud of them and wish them success in high school.
